Who is Mathew?

Mathew Andreazza is a writer, performer, worker, creator, consumer, award-winning, award-losing storyteller and storylistener.

Most importantly, he is just like you. His facets are plentiful. His failures outnumber his successes. He treads water more often than he swims. He is a member of the working class making money for people he doesn't know.

But Mathew, just like you, has a reservoir inside of him: a place where ideas lay dormant, gathered in a little pile. These ideas, which we might like to imagine as feathers, float in through his ears and his eyes and all of his senses, and fall - gracefully, as feathers do - to settle atop that pile.

This reservoir is always stirring. Cyclical winds blow and send the feathers swirling, causing them to brush up against one another and intermingle. The ideas get to know each other, sometimes without Mathew even being aware of it.

One day, the wind was just right, and a handful of feathers fluttered their way up towards Mathew's brain, and struck just the right synapse. On that day, Mathew decided that he was going to create art.

And he has been creating art ever since.
